At Royal Sarees Jaipur, we take pride in providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We request our valued customers to carefully review our Exchange and Return Policy before placing an order.
Please note:
- We do not offer an exchange or return facility on any of our products. All sales are considered final.
- Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us at info@royalsareesjaipur.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your Order ID and a clear, unedited video of the parcel being unboxed as evidence.
- Claims for damages or defects without an unpacking video will not be accepted.
- Once the issue is acknowledged by our team, customers are required to send the product back to us through a reliable and traceable courier service at their own expense.
- The returned product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all original tags intact.
- Upon successful inspection and quality verification of the returned item, a replacement product will be shipped to you within 14 business days.
- Shipping charges for returning the product are non-refundable.
- Products priced above ₹10,000 are not eligible for replacement unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.
- Fall and Pico service charges are non-refundable and are not included in any claim process.
- Return or exchange is not available for international orders under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria.
