Refunds are only not applicable under any circumstances, including for domestic and international orders.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a replacement or issue a store credit, provided:
• You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• You share a clear unpacking video and images highlighting the damage.

In absence of the required proof, we will not be able to process any replacement or store credit.
