- Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders that are shipped within India.
Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order. - When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 6-8 working days. - How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is placed, we assign it to one of our logistics partners. An SMS will be sent to your registered phone number with the details of the logistics partner along with the AWB# once your order is dispatched. You can track the order using the AWB# on their respective website 24 hours after your order is shipped out. - What should I do if I miss the delivery?
In case you miss the delivery of your order, please write to us at info@royalsareesjaipur.com or call/WhatsApp us on +91 8003130757 along with your order number. We will look into it immediately. If the package is returned to us after an attempted delivery, we will resend it once again. - Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through India Post. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. - Who bears the custom charges?
Customers are responsible for bearing customs charges and any other additional charges. From 21st July 2021 onwards, customers must also bear VAT charges apart from the customs charges. These are not included in the total price calculated during checkout and will have to be paid separately by the customer. - What is the dispatch time for Ready to Ship sarees?
Ready to Ship sarees will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. However, if you have selected the Fall Pico option, please allow us one additional day to dispatch your order.
