  3. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Royal Sarees Jaipur?
    No, you do not need to have an account to shop on Royal Sarees Jaipur. But we do recommend registering to avail offers and keep a history of your orders.

  1. How do I know once my order is confirmed?
    Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Royal Sarees Jaipur confirming the order placement. You will be provided with the Order Number, details of the order, and the amount paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.
  2. Can I cancel my order?
    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  3. I have already placed my order, can I add more items to the same order?
    Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place a new order for the additional items separately.
  4. What is the estimated delivery time?
    Orders are shipped within 10-15 working days from the date of placing the order.
    Typically, delivery takes:
    • 4-5 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities after dispatch.
    • 5-7 days for Tier 2 and 3 cities.
    • Up to 10 days for some locations in North East India, J&K, etc.
    There could be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your patience.
  5. How are orders placed on www.royalsareesjaipur.com delivered to me?
    Once the order is placed, we ship through reputed courier partners. You will get an email and an SMS with courier details and an AWB number for tracking.
  6. Why did I receive only a part of my order?
    We might have shipped your items in two or more shipments. The remaining part of your order is on its way!
  7. Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?
    Unfortunately, no.
    However, you can email us immediately at info@royalsareesjaipur.com, and we will try to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.

    If you placed your order twice, contact us immediately. We will cancel one and refund via the original payment method.

    Yes, we can deliver your shipment within India. Please provide the complete shipping address and a local contact number.

    We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within India.
    Shipping charges for international customers will be calculated during checkout based on the order value and dimensions.
  2. How can I track the delivery of my order?
    Once your order is placed, we assign it to one of our logistics partners.
    An SMS will be sent to your registered phone number with the logistics details and AWB#. You can track it 24 hours after shipping on the courier’s website.
  3. What should I do if I miss the delivery?

    If your package is returned to us, we will arrange to resend it.

    If courier service is not available for your location, we will ship via India Post.
